Self Tape Sessions – Terms & Conditions

• Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.

• Bookings are confirmed once the confirmation email has been sent out.

• Please arrive on time and fully prepared to make the most of your session.

• Scripts should be sent in advance where possible.

• A reader, professional direction, lighting, sound and camera equipment are included in every session.

• Background colour and lighting will be chosen at our discretion to best complement the material and cannot be specified.

• Editing and export to casting specifications are included.

• Self tapes are delivered within the same day/before your submission deadline - 1hr turnaround is available for a small extra

• MP4 digital delivery is included unless another format is requested.

• Late arrival may reduce your available session time.

• Rescheduling any later than 24 hours before your session will result in full payment being taken.

• Wardrobe, props and costumes are the responsibility of the actor.

• Actors are responsible for providing the correct script and casting instructions.

• Completed self tapes are stored for a limited time, so please download your files promptly.

• By booking, you agree that behind-the-scenes photos stills may be used for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise before your session.
